My career began in the corporate sector in 2008 when I took a position in the Arts and Events sector in management, HR, marketing and Project work. I continued working in corporate roles as an Executive Officer, in Senior HR roles, major projects and events for 15 years.
In 2016 I lost my leg following an illness and quickly realised there was so much education that was lacking in disability inclusion. I saw an opportunity to use my lived experience in a positive way to help others understand the value of being inclusive of people with disabilities.
My love and passion for educating people to create a better understanding of people with disabilities and accessible inclusion have led me to develop my business to share my lived experience and passion in the hope I can influence many along her journey.
I strive to always offer the best customer service and build strong relationships across all sectors in the community.
Bianca’s extraordinary life has been captured in her book Walking My Path……Building Memories. Federal Member Darren Chester described Bianca as:
Brave, resilient, self-deprecating, and a little bit scary when she’s moved to fight to stand up (pun intended) for something she believes in, Bianca is both a fierce protector and a gentle nurturing soul.
